Guidelines and Rules

In order to assure that a great time is had by all participants, 
the following guidelines are in force for all public ghost tours:

• Due to the tour's mature content, all tours are adults only - 15 years minimum age.  Sorry, no exceptions.
• No smoking or alcohol allowed on the tour.
• If it is raining and you'd prefer to not take the tour in the rain, don't cry, you may cancel your
  reservation without us yelling at you.
• Trouble-makers or "non-stop talkers" will leave the tour, without a refund.
• We'll be outside, please dress for the weather.  (Remember that it will get colder as night deepens...)
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, for tour check-in.
• Don't forget your camera
